This event is for high school students in grades 9-12 (8:30am-4:00pm), but the Career Fair and Expo (4-6pm) is for families and students of all ages.

Our world class facility is the first-of-its-kind in South LA. Powered by Riot Games, The 13,000 sq ft center features 30 high-powered iMacs, 30 MacBooks, 15 iPads, a digital production and podcast studio, Live Nation Music Jam Room, Entrepreneurship Lab powered by Silicon Valley Bank, Oculus Quest VR headsets, video game consoles, arcade games, & 40 gaming PCs in our new state-of-the-art Esports & Gaming Arena.
The SoLa Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of SoLa Impact, iis built on a simple premise: If you can see it, you can be it. SoLa works to end intergenerational poverty in South LA by connecting youth and families with economic and educational opportunity. The SoLa Tech and Entrepreneurship Center is SoLa's marquee initiative to close the digital divide in South LA and train the next generation of tech leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals. The Tech Center provides career exposure and training in four pathways: 1) Tech; 2) Entrepreneurship; 3) Arts, media and Entertainment; 4) Esports and Video Game Design. SoLa is developing its second tech center in partnership with Live Nation Entertainment, which will open in the Crenshaw-Leimert Park community in February 2025. The SoLa Foundation also administers the SoLa College Scholarship Fund, which has awarded over $1M to help mostly first-generation college bound students attend the school of their dreams
 SoLa and Riot Games launched a partnership in 2021 to build South LA's first Tech and Entrepreneurship Center. The Center works to train and inspire the next generation of tech professionals and leaders. The Center opened in January 2022 and has served more than 4,700 students. SoLa is honored to partner with Riot Games, one of the world's leading video game developers, to connect South LA youth with the skills needed to be successful in the gaming industry and beyond
